If you are arriving by plane all the time then you will be aware of how it can affect your body. Cramped conditions, changes in time zones and the effect of a change in altitude can have on the body are all stressful. You do not usually get much sleep on a long flight, because it is noisy, and the lack of space to spread out, especially if you travel economy, and the food is not usually very good. Before the trip, as well as your documents and sort out travel insurance, make sure you plan for the plane to travel, so we feel better as humanly possible.
Prepare early
If you can, do a little research and choose the airline that is a newer planes as ventilation systems tend to be better. When booking your flight to request to be seated as close to the front as possible, because the air is better there. You can also help you feel during and after the flight, watching what you eat a week before the trip. Try and stay away from foods that affect the gall bladder, such as dairy products, alcohol, chocolate, coffee and tea, heavy foods and fatty fried foods. You can take vitamins to help your body handle the stress, especially vitamin C and B complex.
Clothing
Wear loose fitting clothing that is comfortable for sitting and sleeping in. Avoid tight waistbands and everything will be too hot in. Wearing layers is a good idea as you can remove items if the hot or layer up if it has cooled. The aircraft can often be very cold, with air conditioning running. If you wear a jacket on the plane can also double as a pillow. Wear comfortable shoes, and even pack slippers or thick socks in your carry on luggage.
Hand luggage
On a long flight will be served meals, but it's a good idea to pack a water bottle as it can easily become dehydrated. Eat a light meal before you leave, make sure that does not include any fried, and do not have any caffeine. You will be able to handle changes in air pressure and movement of aircraft better without the heavy meal in the stomach. If you set the watch to time the destination where you're traveling, so you can start changing your eating and sleeping during the flight. This way your body will cope better with when you arrive. During the flight to get up and stretch and walk around every two hours.
After the flight
